Sub-processors

GDPR Article 13(1)(e) entitles you to know who receives your data. These are every third party that processes personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement under Article 28 and may act only on our documented instructions.

The venue you connect is not a sub-processor
The exchange or broker you connect receives your orders because that is what you instructed PatternX to do. It acts as an independent controller under its own terms and privacy policy, not as our processor. Read that policy before connecting an account.
Changes
We publish additions here before they begin processing. To be told in advance by email, write to privacy@patternx.io and ask to be added to the sub-processor notification list. You may object to a new sub-processor; if we cannot accommodate the objection you may terminate and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
