Terms of Service
1. The Service
PatternX ("the Service") is a software platform that scans cryptocurrency perpetual futures markets, detects chart patterns algorithmically, and — where you explicitly configure it — places orders on third-party exchanges using API credentials that you supply. PatternX is a tool. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment advisor, or fiduciary.
2. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: the API keys you connect (including restricting their permissions — withdrawal permission must never be enabled), the risk settings you configure, the trading modes you enable, and all resulting profits or losses. You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of every exchange you connect.
3. No financial advice
Signals, scores, statistics, backtests, and AI-generated analysis are informational software outputs, not investment advice or recommendations. Past performance — live or backtested — never guarantees future results.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments, monthly or yearly. Subscriptions activate automatically upon confirmed payment and remain active for the paid period. Owing to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, completed payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Availability & liability
The Service depends on third-party exchanges, market data feeds, and networks that PatternX does not control. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatternX's aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. PatternX is never liable for trading losses.
6. Security & data
Exchange API credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and are never displayed again after saving. We log security-relevant actions for your protection. We do not sell personal data.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent plan limits, or create risk for other users or the platform.
